We aim to deliver orders within 2 to 3 working days of the order being submitted on the website. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday inclusive and exclude Saturday, Sunday and all bank holidays.

We despatch via Royal Mail for Orders weighing under 4kg and 24/48 hr Courier Delivery for any orders over 4kg.

Return policy details:

Returns acceptable within 7 days from receipt: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All items must be returned intact and complete in original boxes/packaging and we will refund the cost of the goods upon receipt.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost/damaged in the post.

In the unlikely event that items are faulty, please inform us upon receipt and quote your Invoice Number and once the item has been returned to us, we will exchange the item including shipping costs.
